The Problem

A leading vitamin and supplement company recognized that they were not attracting a wide range of ages and backgrounds in their hiring efforts. They wanted to strengthen their diverse brand reputation by providing an Employee Resource Group (ERG) centered around voluntary efforts to provide support, networking opportunities, and a sense of community.

The Solution

I designed an engaging and interactive eLearning that fully defines their inclusion efforts with terms, examples, and ways to join the ERG group.

Responsibilities: Needs Analysis, Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Storyboard, eLearning Development, Evaluation

Tools Used: Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop

 Graphic Design

I used my graphic design skills to develop icons and interactive graphics for the course. Tools that was primarily used included Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and a brand guide to match colors, fonts, etc.

Research, Layers, Triggers, and More

I interviewed subject matter experts (SMEs), then, as the content writer, spent time researching the items that were lacking in this new Employee Resource Group.

I used moveable and engaging design elements that kept your attention while engaging with the content.
